I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL
Interview
Online mental math test followed by personality quiz. Then one sided video interview. Made it to the technical interview. Asked a few behavioral questions but mostly consisted of assessing my problem solving skills. They say that they want to see how you think but I think how quickly you answer the question is more important. I could be wrong here. I did well on all but one question. Didn't proceed further.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Resume question then technical problems. E.g. Bacteria doubles every minute. After 60 min it reaches full size. When was it at half the full size.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
