Several Rounds, lots of mental math. First unproctored, then a recorded proctored exam to see if you actually can solve the mental math problems without cheating. Questions are very difficult and increase with difficulty as the process goes on.

Lots of questions about what # comes next in a sequence.
Sent me a mental math test online. If I did well, Id advance to the next round. I tried my best but apparently that wasn’t good enough! Oh well. I found out not long after.

Long mental multiplication and addition/ subtraction
Online assessment and I talked to them at a career fair, everyone seemed enthusiastic about the company and enjoyed working there a lot. The HR people were very friendly and the actual analysts were as well.
