The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Applied online to position in December 2018. Contacted by recruiter around a week later to complete math and sequence assessment in two weeks. Took the tests which sequence was easy but math involving decimals was hard to do quick without calculator. One week later I was told I didn’t meet testing requirements

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
