no screen, ~45min technical design shared coding phone, ~90min video final mostly behavioral/, resume discussion/high-level swe questions.
for final round, make sure to nail ur resume experiences and know answers to software eng "semi-technicals" i.e. explain modularity, any conflicts manager, etc.
technical questions are leetcode medium-ish, but I bombed the final round's like 60 min of pure resume/qualitative questioning rip

given list of items of varying weight, want to pack items together into boxes with total weight cap per box. design algo from scratch that packs items into as little boxes as possible

Got a hackerrank challenge to solve a question in c++ in 3 days time. I spent lot of time to solve it. Was able to pass all tests. But I got reject saying my experience does not match their experience. Although it is a junior role. My issue is they should not have asked me to take the test if my experience does not match since this challenge was a project not a 1 hour leetcode type of question.

1. Online hackerrank problem, not leetcode style, more like a simulation problem, difficulty: medium;
2. 4 rounds technical interview, focus on: C++(STL, low-level optimization, etc), networking;
3. Final round with HR and CTO, behaviour questions.

You get a technical OA which I am guessing is automatic, then interview rounds leading to fly out to Chicago for an in person interview presumably whiteboard style but I didn't make it to in person

There was a hard C++ LC question for the OA so you get filtered out from that if you're not ready, then the interview process isn't too hard but the technical aspects are
