ALC interview questions

The interview was through skype. The interviewer was very kind and she used a competence interview process. She began checking my background, next we talk about my current job. After she explained me about the position that I was applying and finally she sent me some documents to fill. She called me a week later after de interview to asked me about references, but never gave feed back.

Pretty much a flop and pretty pathetic. only received 7 hours of orientation and expected to do it all alone. Company just terminated regional nurse and CEO and was in constant change. Left message after message without return calls. Very unprofessional in hiring, retaining and terminating employees.
