ALDI General Management interview questions

Medium length process, consisting of initial application, online assessments, video interview, assessment centre, and lastly the final interview. All in all, it took around 2 months to complete. The process wasn't very difficult, however the interviewer at the final stage was very intense and asked a lot of very intense, non-standard questions.
