Came across ALDI at a university job fair, was interested in the position and gave them a resume. Later that night I had to apply on my university's career website with a resume and was invited to accept an interview time with an informational dinner meeting the night before. The dinner meeting was basically a two hour informative presentation, explained the position, the training and some basic info about the company its products and the position. The next morning was a simple 30 minute interview all with very standard initial interview questions. I was told at the end that I could expect a response either yes or no if they were interested in having me interview again.
