I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
The interview itself is fine. The stages to get there are a bit much to be honest. The recruitment process needs to be looked at. Be aware they will interview in a friendly but professional manner. Body language is important. Work history, family background, work ability etc.
The new system of recruitment from what I hear really doesn't work well. They will lose out on good candidates with the process as is now.

Work history, family background, work ability etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Beaumont, CA) in Jan 2026
Interview
Interview is split into three rounds first on the phone second at the store with member of management at lastly with DM of the stores. Which is unfortunate because it would seem the DM is looking for different things that the store team is looking for
Responses were fairly quick and the interview process was quick. There was even an automated message system that allowed you to book interviews on your own time and allowed you to adjust the dates to what works for you.
