I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDI (Greenwood, IN) in Jul 2012
Interview
I was told someone would call within 2 wks to let you know or not if you moved ahead to the interview process. I was not called. I am a well educated woman in her early 40's with 2 sons to raise but I guess having some education behind me or the fact I am a temporary worker somewhere else who wanted a better job with some actual benefits (I will get NONE if I am hired on permanently where I am at now) was too much to ask for.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Saint Peters, MO) in Oct 2017
Interview
Although it maybe different now, all I had to do was walk in and fill out an application during their hiring event. Afterwards they then called me back for a second interview and tour of the warehouse. Then finally, they had us get a drug test and filled out paperwork.
