Applied online for the job, long application form to be filled in. Received an email with various times to attend the store for an interveiw about 7 days later. Arrived for the interveiw and met the store manager, pretty relaxed interveiw. 2 days later got an email to attend a group interveiw and store experience.

Group interview where you had to role-play scenarios about working in the store. Hard to actually get a word in and it was online which made it even more difficult.
