Interview
Pre-night to meet the employees and then a first round interview. After a set of questions online, a second round interview on site at Aldi. It was unorganized and definitely challenged you to see how bad you wanted the job.

Questions about the global supply chain. Techniques for inventory management, general questions about your CV, your willingness to relocate, starting time, expected wage, and experience in the industry, previous job and role, and coding.

First interview was a group info session then breakout rooms being interviewed by department employees, second interview was with another employee from the respective department. Pretty easy interview process, just wasn't impressed by the people interviewing me.
