Question 1
How do you know when you are interviewing a potential new hire that they are going to be a good candidate?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Middleburg, FL) in Aug 2024
Interview
First was with a recruiter (15 minutes late)
Second was with the Regional (10 minutes late)
was asked in the middle of the interview If I would go to another store 45 minutes away?!? what?
Regional clearly lacked experience.
was told to hang by the phone at the end of that meet up, got an email after following weekend that was generic decline. Reached out to the Regional for any constructive feedback.... crickets. lol I have feedback for you- For starters BE ON TIME. Just like you expect your staff on time how about setting that example? Regional asked generic questions and seemed non-interested in the interview.
