I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI
Interview
Face to face interview with the District Manger. At my interview there were about 15 applicants and I was the only on hired. So it is kinda of competitive. Getting called for the interview is a hard thing in its self. It was my third time applying and finally got the interview.

There was a three-step interview process
A group interview, an individual, and a final interview with the district manager. There was roughly a 2-week period between each step. The process took a while, but everyone who interviewed me was very friendly.
Interview process went very smoothly. Within a week or two I heard from the store manager to scheduled the interview. After my interview with the store manager I spoke to the district manager and was offered a position shortly after that.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Chesterfield, MO) in Aug 2025
Interview
Super quick- said it was a group interview but it was just me and one other person and we were called in individually by the manager for about 5-10 minutes. Asked very basic questions, about 5. asked if I had any questions and then told me they'd let me know by the end of the week.
