The assessment procedures were: 1. Situational judgement test with video clips at Aldi's website 2. Online application submission 3. Online aptitude tests 4. Online video interview 5. Not invited to the next steps (assessment day) The video interview had a number of questions beginning with the self introduction. The name 'interview' is misleading since it is really about recording your answers (30 sec) after reading each questions. This was my first time experiencing this type of interview. I would much prefer Skype or some other medium allowing interactions with the interviewer.
