I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Ok interview. Found to be fair and insightful. Appreciated quick feedback rather than having to wait a long time for a response. I found the manager holding the interview was prompt and polite.
Rigid, not in person, is online, many applicants, probably they just have to screen them all and ge the jobs done, a big business I guess. Online test then record a video interview
