ALM interview questions

Multiple rounds of interview. Starts with initial phone call. Followed by four rounds with cross teams in US and UK. Met with hiring manager, engineering team, product teams, support and ops teams as wwell

I had a lovely experience and thoroughly enjoyed meeting with the executive editor, who is based in the US. First interview with editor, then a second with the editor-in-chief and a HK director. Writing test came last. All interviews were virtual. They did not ask about my current salary, but my expectations. The offered salary was low (below market rate) and took weeks. I countered and weeks later, again, I was told they could not budge.
