You must apply and have the right credentials. Then you have a video interview, once passing that they invite you to teach a mock class with a trainer. If you score high enough you move on to the onboarding process. If you do not score high enough, I believe they work with you to attempt it again.

My friend told me that Alo7 was hiring so I submitted my application thru their website. I was contacted thru email and informed about my interview.
I had my interview then mock class and then my orientation. It was a pretty fast process. I was able to finish the whole hiring process in 7-9 days.
My interview was great. The interviewer made me feel relaxed because I was nervous at first. She made me feel comfortable. The staff are all friendly. The interview was less than 30 minutes. She asked me some questions about myself.

One one via zoom meeting room. Spent less than 30 minutes. I was able to select the best date and time for my schedule. Friendly and comfortable. The reply and feedback was timely. The whole process was at my pace but was able to be done very quickly.
