I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALOHA USA (New Hyde Park, NY)
Interview
I met the director at a job fair at my university. Her behavior was kind of odd but I gave it a shot after the other jobs I interviewed for didn't have the right schedule for me. I talked to her for a while at the fair. She emailed me back and asked me to come for a quick orientation of the center and talk more about the position. It was quick and easy.
