ALOHA USA interview questions

Sent my resume and was called for interview. Had a basic training session. Was asked to assist another teacher during a class. The director and another teacher did observe my teaching skills. Gave feedback. You need to assist 2 classes before the accept you as an employee and assist 6 classes till you get your own batch.

I met the director at a job fair at my university. Her behavior was kind of odd but I gave it a shot after the other jobs I interviewed for didn't have the right schedule for me. I talked to her for a while at the fair. She emailed me back and asked me to come for a quick orientation of the center and talk more about the position. It was quick and easy.
