I was called directly by one the business managers who found my cv on monster. I had a first interview with him and two more with the directors. Interviews were quite laid back cause we liked each other pretty soon. I was offered the job after the interview and I accepted few weeks later.

First round fit interview with a business manager, also allowing ample time for questions about Alten as well as a short presentation on the career prospects with the company, Second round was a Python test, with discussion afterwards. Both lasted approximately an hour. Finally, a short reflection with a second business manager after which I received an offer. If unfamiliar with C++, you will be asked to participate in an in-house course upon accepting the offer. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.
