I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALTEN in Jan 2011
Interview
I applied as a C++ consultant through the Monster jobs website for a particular position in other company. Alten contacted me first by email to check for my availability followed by a phone interview where I was asked questions about my professional career and my salary requirements.
Following this I went on-site to do technical interviews with the clients , one of which went quite well. The client was happy to work with me, so Alten toke me on board after a quick discussion about the conditions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALTEN (Nuremberg) in Sept 2022
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter and had 1st round of interview with the Manager regarding my experience and expectation . After that I had to give an online technical test and a technical interview of 1 hour . Interview process was easy and I was offered a position . Main problem came when I paid for my visa application and my visa got rejected . I was supposed to be reimbursed for the amount I spent but all of a sudden everyone stopped responding when I try to contact them . Seriously I am disappointed at how the company behaved after my visa got rejected specially when the reason was something in their own contract .

Interview
