Interview
The Head of TA contacted me proactively about the position. I met with the Head of Talent Acquisition for an initial conversation, followed by an interview with a member of the recruitment team. The recruiter was late to the interview and then said they would need to reschedule to the following week due to not being able to get out of the meeting they were in. Following our rescheduled interview I chased multiple times for an update. Finally, I was advised that they were delayed in coming back to me and would follow-up the following week with me as they were having a review of the job. I have not heard back since (this is nearly 2 months later) and am left feeling negative about the organisation; especially, as they contacted me about the position.

Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult stakeholder
The interesting part was that of a group interview on the second stage of interview rounds which is not often found to be done by many companies. it was engaging and you understand where you stand among other applicants.
