It was a very odd interview . The recruiter was unresponsive via email and the interview was scripted. Nothing of importance was asked and I was rushed off the phone. She didn't even properly tell me about the interview process.

Disengaged recruiter on the phone screen. Very little knowledge of the tech space and was clearly reading from a script.
Seems like they want NYC candidates for midwestern salaries?

Process was good. Communication was good throughout. Friendly employees. Coding challenge took about an hour. Overall good experience. Phone screen, coding challenge and then a panel interview with the team.
