I applied online. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment
Interview
Very chill, i wanted a part time job in high school The manager was cool and was personable to talk to. They just asked to sell stubs pamphlets ( I think the program is different now).
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment (Cupertino, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
I put in an application to three local AMC theaters, two of which I had prior experience at, and received a call from the Cupertino location a day or two later.
The interview was very easy. I was given a pamphlet about the AMC Stubs program to aid me in answering questions about that program as part of the interview, but as a member of AMC Stubs since its launch in March 2011, I didn't need to use the pamphlet.
The questions were all pretty expected and the interview felt very casual. When I asked the interviewer how quickly they make a decision, they asked me when I was willing to start.
I told them I was ready to start right away, and the interviewer said since they liked my answers to the questions, they would offer me the job, and I accepted.
Applied online and then was called in for interview. The HR manager conducted the interview, and afterwards I received an offer. Typical questions like name a stressful situation and name a time you had to overcome a difficult situation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment
Interview
they push rewards cards, show you a walkthrough of the theatre and the staff break room. they ask you your shirt size and your favorite movie (that is the fun part)
