Interview
When I was interviewed, it was with a big group. We were asked to get into pairs and to try to sell stubs cards to each other one pair at a time. We were evaluated on how well we knew the stubs benefits and how we interacted with the other person. After that whoever passed that portion was invited to the office and then we were just asked simple questions like availability, 5 years, etc.
Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.
