Phone screening after application where they make sure you'll meet their dress code & visual standards (visible tattoos, crazy hair colors, piercings) though most people that worked here already had guages, facial piercings, and forearm tattoos... Then an interview where they ask very basic customer service answers and then get you to pitch the AMC Stubs card to them. A few days later they called and offered me a position.

Process took about 3 weeks, online application was reviewed and I got a call back within a week. After the phone screening, I was brought in for an in-person interview which lasted about 25mins with a super friendly manager who made clear the expectations of holiday and weekend availability requirements as well as a work ethic involving Friendliness, Cleanliness, and Quickness/Efficiency.
