Interview
There was a quick over the phone interview with the hiring manager asking me some basic questions about my resume and contact details. This was followed by an in person interview that asked more in depth questions and some scenario based questions. Example: can you tell me about a difficult work situation and how you overcame it?

What would you say your strengths and weaknesses are?
Very easy Managers are very friendly, felt like a nice conversation. A few questions maximum and the process is very smooth. More about leadership and understanding the position. Then they talk to you about availability and any time off needed.

Very easy, they just asked me if i had any negative experiences with food service workers and how i’d handle certain issues. They’ll ask about your availability and make sure you have reliable transportation. Basically hired me on the spot
