The interview was a Virtual video call set-up by an external recruiter.
It was a panel of three(3) that started with an introduction of the interviewers, their roles and experiences in the organization; followed by a brief introduction of the company and the role for which I am been interviewed.

Irrational selection process and onboarding. Since first contact to conclusion uncountable tests and interviews and presentation of a business plan. Two months from the delivery and acceptance of the proposal to the start of the onboarding process. Two weeks of onboarding, NOT paid.

Interview
The interview process included a phychometric process, an initial interview, and an extensive sales role play interview. The role play was built with questions around sales tactics and practices, and real sales scenarios. Very good process.
