Interview
I spoke to a representative at my university career fair. After that, I got an email asking for an interview. It was more like a conversation than an interview. They talk more about the position, about your resume, and they leave time for you to ask any other questions. It felt very relaxed. I honestly think just being conversational and showing you are a well rounded human being is the key.
Very friendly throughout the entire process although the process seemed quite short and rushed. Less than a month between when they first got back to me after application and when decision on offer is due.
