A recruiter reaches out to you. An initial phone interview takes place. Once you pass the phone interview, you move forward to a second round of interviews. There is a team of upper management that will also join the interview process. Once that interview process is complete you will wait to hear back in your possible opportunity. If selected, the original recruiter will reach out to you to offer or decline the position.
