I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AML RightSource (São Paulo, São Paulo) in May 2025
Interview
They couldn't find my resume or my personal information in their system, which was a first and okay, it happens sometimes I guess.
The job posting mentioned that fluency in 3 languages + a bachelor's degree was necessary, which I do have. After I told them my current salary, they mentioned the budget for the role was around R$3,000 at first, and then it would be raised to around R$4000 after a probation period of 90 days. This, on top of the job posting being posted multiple times makes me think turn over is quite high.
The interviewer was SUPER nice though, and made me quite comfortable during the process. She was the only thing about this whole situation that I had a good impression of.
