There was a fairly detailed phone interview with the talent acquisition specialist after which an interview was scheduled. After arriving at the office there was a brief meeting with the talent acquisition specialist that explained the interview process and asked a few warm up questions. The interview itself was in front of a panel of 3 managers from the department. All of whom were hiring for one position on each of their teams.The questions were largely experience based where you are asked to explain how you work in certain circumstances and to give examples of situations.
