Interview for IFT division In Northern California. Interview questions relate heavily to customer service and ethical behavior. Some scenario questions and some "tell-me-about a time" questions used. This division screens candies by their driving history and an in person interview with HR. Offers are made contingent on passing a drug test, favorable backround check and PAT.
Straight forward and streamlined, nice interviewers, skills assessment after interview to verify proper skills, pertinent questions to why you would or should get the job, overall a good experience and would recommend to others
Easy interview, mostly checking for general competency. We covered a handful of job related questions, a couple of general "get to know you" questions, and then discussed when my start date could be. Overall pretty straightforward.
