I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AMW
Interview
The first interview was pretty standard. It was me and one other person being interviewed together. They made it seem like such an honor to get an interview, saying they had hundreds of applicants but were only seeing 30 people in person. As I was waiting I heard them making calls to dozens of people for interviews saying the same thing so that should've been a red flag. Also, they said to dress professionally which should've been an obvious for any legit place.
So the first interview went fine. Standard get to know you questions. Scheduled a second interview. I show up to my second interview, in Fullerton, and they tell me I have to go to Fountain Valley for the second interview. I look up the address they gave me and it's to a gas station! Needless to say, I didn't make the commute 40 minutes away just to go to a gas station. Seemed super sketch. Office was super small and the "receptionist" was sat at a tiny table in the main room with like 5 flip phones on the desk making all those exclusive interview calls.
If you want to be one of those people selling wax at the gas station for purely commission, this is the job for you! Otherwise save your time and money.
