Initially got reached by a company recruiter.
I had an phone-screening and a first person-to-person interview at their premises.
After that I got an home assignment, requesting to write some automated tests for a dummy html form.
Third round was a technical interview with a member of their current QA Automation team. Not any difficult questions, just basic Selenium staff.
The final round was an interview with the CTO. A nice person with a good vision and ideas.
The company (at least the Greek branch) must have serious organisational problems.
The day of my interview with the CTO, I reached the company's premises right on time, but none was there, either the CTO or the company's recruiter who had initially organised the meeting. Some of the employees tried to help me locate the meeting room I was supposed to go. After 10 minutes looking for someone to guide me on where to go and who should I speak to, I managed to start the interview.
And even now, 2 months after the final interview, although the interviewer seemed to be satisfied with the outcome of the interview, I am still waiting for a response for the overall process, either a positive or a negative one.
