I interviewed first with 4 managers in the marketing team, and then the owner. Management seemed nice, I felt good about working with them. Management did repeatedly ask me how I would handle a difficult communication scenario. The owner/CEO was difficult, and not someone I would care to work for. He repeatedly accused me of lying about how I left my previous position, and insisted that I must have been fired because no one would leave a job without another one lined up. He didn't want to review my portfolio, and instead asked me questions about copywriting. He seemed confused when I tried to explain what a Graphic Designer was.
