APL uses behavioral questions for all their interviews. Potential interviewees should arrange their answer in the STAR method for most impact. Practice at least 5-7 different scenarios that fall under customer excellence, dealing with ambiguity, ability to flex to different situations and people, going above and beyond and being a team player.
