In-person interviews with the Director and the local team. Phone Interviews with team members working remotely, partly for screening, partly to determine compatibility with group. Overall, about 30-40 mins per interview, over the course of the day

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at APTARE (Campbell, CA) in Feb 2015

Interview

Interviewed with various Executives including the CEO and Sales peers at APTARE. The interview process consisted of 5 different 30-minute interviews at HQ. The process was well organised and thoroughly informative. A great experience, because I was able to get insight into the different parts of the organization. Everyone was highly motivated about the products and where the company was heading.
