The interview process was exceptionally professional with a well detailed and clear Job description. The HR manager made me comfortable throughout the interview process as that inspired me to give it my best. I enjoyed the interview with the Head of Africa-sales as he was a great motivation for me. I will be looking forward to making a valuable impact with ARISE Intergrated industrial platforms team.

Interview
Round 1; Phone interview
-It was done in a professional manner. The questions were relevant and specific to the concerned role. It was brief and precise.
Round 2: Video interview
-Before the interview, the Lead Recruiter was kind enough to reschedule to accommodate my prior engagements and was considerate of the different time zones.
-The panel had two members and it was more of a discussion as compared to an interrogation. The role was properly explained and the questions were precise and connected to the position.
-Duration of the interview itself was reasonable.
