Question 1
Describe a time when you have dealt with a difficult situation in the workplace
There were no hard or trick questions like other interviews. They ask situation based questions to get an understanding of your values and morals, it was one of the most chilled interviews I have had

I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ARK Housing Association in Apr 2018

Was introduced to the manager. I was offered coffee. It was very very informal, and I felt instantly at ease. I got to have a walk around the place and see the building. Also, got to speak to the service users. Documents were provided there and then and then I left after 30 minutes.
