In the course of the interview, they alluded to their practice of constantly advertising for all positions regardless of whether there's a opening or not. From my research, they have high turnover. They acknowledge it, but either don't understand why or don't want to admit they know the real reason why.
Their adds say "Immediate opening..." but this isn't true. You decide if that's an honorable business practice or not...
