so much interviewing candidates, not a great shortlisting process. too many non- usefull rounds of shortlisting. Not a smooth flow if we analyze the process at Araymond India ltd .
1. Aptitude test having quantitative, verbal, data interpretation questions and some verbal situation based questions.
2. Basic Engineering Branch based interview along with some general HR question and elaborated introduction. Explanation of academic activities mentioned in resume and reason for performing those and your aspirations for the future
