I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ASDA (Darlington, North East England, England) in Jul 2016
Interview
Fun group sessions with tasks. Your input and the way you communicate with others will be assessed. Make an effort to input on group decisions if you don't talk or get involved the interviewers have nothing to assess you on. after group interviews you may get called back for a 1:1 interview with more traditional interview questions.

Interview
The interview process you just go to front desk and say you’ve got a interview then they come down and get you then you go up and have a chat for a about 10 minutes and that’s it
The interview process at ASDA is designed to assess your suitability for the role and the company culture. It typically begins with an application review, followed by a brief telephone screening. Successful candidates are then invited for a more in-depth interview, which may include practical assessments or group exercises. The aim is to understand your skills, experience, and how you would contribute to their team. ASDA strives to ensure a fair and transparent evaluation for all applicants.
Initial interview followed by a team day session with activities / team work.
Relaxed environment felt more like a day to get to know people and to learn about the business. Some tasks required thought but nothing too onerous.
