Group interview involving team activities getting to know one another, going on shop floor getting a taster of the job role, then one on one interview if successful will hear that day if you have job or not.

Good interview process. Friendly, helpful and informative of role. Seems like a good company. Would highly recommend to other people. Unfortunately the role wasn’t for me but overall a positive experience.
The interview was held in-store and lasted around 20 minutes. The manager asked about my availability, customer service experience, and how I’d handle difficult situations. It went fine and felt good.
