Really short and easy 'interview' over the phone, only one or two questions asked, then taken in for induction a few days later, Whole process took less than a week

It was quite short like 15 minutes, but it was all to make sure i would make a good fit to the role advertised, so questions like “why do you want to work for asda?”.
