The interview process was :
Aptitude Test followed by a discussion and then interviews based on your domain / technical knowledge and HR interview. The interview process started one week after the test and it was difficult precisely based on the models of management.

If you have lower salary.. you are in... If you have higher salary... You are out...
By mistake if you get selected with a higher package... You will be terminated after 3-4 months
