Interview
First round will be online coding round having 3 questions to be done in 90 minutes.
Then you will be interviewed by some headless people there.
It is just a waste of time there.
These people are so shameless, first this person came for interview 10 minutes late then never shared his video, even I requested him to share his video also during video chat.
Such people who are characterless, shameless etc hide their faces during the interviews.

Interview
Phone screening with VP, followed by Online coding test for 90mins, followed by 1 round of technical discussion and a second technical round.. Finally was informed that my profile does not suit them.. I was shocked and disappointed but they should have decided that in the initial screening itself.. I also cleared the coding test and first round of technical discussion.. Pathetic and this shows they lack clarity.. Also after every round there was 1 or 2 weeks of silence.. 4 rounds took 1.5 months ! Does not speak well for a small and new setup in Chennai and Hyderabad.. Old people and lot of political bureaucracy in my opinion.. There are multiple layers of managers and it seems control is split among them. No clear vision or interview process to identify talent. Remember, this is not Amazon or Google. Not worth the time and effort and better to avoid this place even if we get offers. Negative outlook from existing reviews on Glassdoor. Don't seem to try to retain employees as well.
