I went through two grueling interview stages. First was an Hour phone call with the VP and then a 2hr 4 stage panel interview with about 10 different people. I’m sure this company does good things but after the interviews I waited and waited for a response with their decision. One week passes then another week and eventually I contacted them to no avail. I at least wanted a generic rejection letter/email for some closure. However they continued to ghost me. Im glad the job was not given to me because this is a major red flag on how they operate internally and how they treat employees. A bullet was dodged if you will
