Total behavioral interview! I have not interviewed in 6+ and was not "polished" like i should have been. I brought my arsenal of Diplomas, reviews, awards, etc. that was never opened. I was asked generalized questions that required a 'story type' answer and the feedback I got back from the recruiter was that I did not answer them in an acceptable 'STAR' format. I have never heard of that before. I was also told i picked the wrong shoes, wear flat black formal shoes! I'm sure that I was screened and a good fit for the position as I was told I had the technical ability to do the job but obviously failed the personality portion of the requirements.
