HR phone interview will include a short English test.
There will be an online English exam.
The second interview with the supervisor will cover questions about my thesis and the information on my resume.

Please explain the challenges encountered in graduate school and how you resolved them, providing examples.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ASML (Veldhoven) in Apr 2018
Interview
It was very plesant. The interviwer met me at the reception and guided me to the room booked for the interview. He was very friendly and warm. We exchanged pleasantries, made some small talks until we reached to the room. He offered me something to drink (softdrinks/tea/coffee). Then we got started with the process. It was an hour long interview. Most of the questions were to understand my personality, and the way I work and character. The whole process was a very nice experience. One hour felt like 15 minutes.
