My career ended after giving interview in ASML, I resigned from my current company after their assurance for preparing Joining latter however they informed me that they cannot give salary more than team salary, which resulted in destroying my professional life.

I had an Skype interview. The interviewers were not prepared for the interview, nobody had questions, they were passing the responsibility to conduct the interview to one another. I ended up leading the interview, they didn't seem interested in talking to me. At the end, I was told they would come back to me in 2 weeks, after 5 weeks of no answer I contacted them to withdraw my application, as I had obtained a job offer from another company.
